Primary Purpose of the Position
?The HRBP formulates partnehips across the Business Cente to deliver value added HR service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization such as executing the talent management, developing HR initiatives and programs, recruitment, employee behavio, performance, employee relation and other administration
Respoibilities:
EHS
?To be trained with EHS policies, procedures, rules and regulatio
?100% compliance with safety policies & systems requirements
?Respoible for the area safety issues and employee behavior improvement
Planning, Budgeting & cost saving
?Coordinate manning plan development with function leader and control manning within respoible areas to eure under AOP and meet business requirement
?Prepare database for compeation and HR cost planning
?Support othe various human pla development and implementation
?Monitoring OT within budget and aligned with internal and government regulatio
Organization Development and People Management
?Maintain job structure by updating job requirements and job descriptio for all positio in respoible areas based on business need
?Control employee movement process eure aligned with policy and procedure
?Support leade in respoible areas on people development and retention
?Coaching line manager on leadehip effectiveness and implementing change effectively
Policies and Procedures
?Take initiatives of HR Policies and procedures improvement based on business change and need
?Cooperate with HR operation team to review the policy and procedures update
?Communicate and interpret HR policy and procedures timely and efficiently
?As coultation and expert to leade and employees on social HR regulatio and laws such as labor law and etc
Performance Management and Compeation
?Involving in performance policy update, communication and implementation
?Eure the hourly associates performance evaluation submitted timely and proper distribution aligned with performance policy
?Eure salaried performance milestones meeting the set schedule
?Supporting leade to drive performance improvement for employees in respoible areas
?Respoible for movement compeation review and new hire offer making
?Respoible for the guideline and policy explanation for merit increase and performance bonus and etc C&B adjustments
Employee Relatiohip
?Driving employee engagement program
?Eure internal people management compliance with local legal laws and othe relative regulatio in respoible area
?Providing coultation to line manage on employee behavio improvement by using discipline guidelines and tools
?Driving and implementing employee communication programs such as Round table and etc
Other HR Roles
?Involving in Business team building activities
?Leading or supporting HR activities and events
?Supporting training team to achieve objectives
Requirements:
?Univeity/ Bachelor degree holder
?5 or above yea of HR working experience with different models are required
?Industrial working background is preferred
?Excellent coulting skills
?Strong conflict management skills
?Strong interpeonal and negotiation skills
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?Decision making ability and able to working under pressure and flexibility
?Base knowledge in all models of HR
?Skillful and MS office and good command of English verbally and written
?Business awareness and acumen
