1.Assist TTM to manage row material and compound process to meet production requirement

2.EHS

-Advocate the education of associates about importance of safety;

-Provide sufficient support to EHS process;

-Respoible for the respoibility area safety issues.

3.Quality

-Eure the control plan of PFMEA

-100% meeting PPQA requirement

-Eure the QSB implementation

-SWI & Spec management

4.Material and Process

-New supplier evaluation and OE account problem solving

-Eure to meet SQA510 requirement

-Compound development & release

5.Report submission

-Submit report of compound, processing and other reports if needed

6.Project participate

-MDPO project

-FI projects

-Plant Optimization

-QSB

Requirements:

-Master Degree

-Fluent English

-Good communication skill
