Requirement

1.大学文化，工程背景，并且至少在生产工艺中已工作3年.有工艺/工业工程师工作经验College education ,Engineering background , and has process experience at least 3 yea in process of production line , have Process/IE working experience

2.有专业技术、技能，在出现问题时能够冷静思考，运用专业知识解决问题Specialized skills and theology, can coider calmly when facing problems and settle matte with specialized knowledge and managing techniques

3.了解和应用一些质量工具如6SIGMA和质量体系ISO9000/TS16949等Know and apply some tools such as 6Sigmaand quality system ISO9000/TS16949

Respoibilities

1.和PPS团队一起工作;解决产线的过程问题Working with manufacturing, QA, Eng, Tech etc ; Be respoible for solving Process problems

2.建立产线的标准化等工艺文件,根据客户和产品质量要求更新和维护相关工艺文件Set Up WI for Production processes, Maintain & upgrade Process Document in accordance to customer and quality requirement

3.持续改善,使用GUPS/IE等工具提高产线效率Continuous process improvement Production efficiency with GUPS/IE Method

4.根据产线工艺和质量实际要求,改善工装工具Develop and design tools according to process and quality requirement

5.改善生产工艺过程,使其达到工序简单化,人员最优化,高产出,低不良率等Improve process performance to attain high fit-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize labor utilizatio process simplification etc

6.培训生产人员Train a team of production staff.
