Position Respoibilities:
1.Identifying pricing goals, strategies, and tactics. Work effectively across the organization with various functional groups to implement short- and long-term pricing pla.
2.Identify and develop short term tactical pricing opportunities and related solutio. Identify near term opportunities to improve the pricing process and enhance margin capture and efficiencies.
3. Assist with the development, communication and execution of regional pricing strategy, working under the strategy of the Global Pricing Organization and cross-functionally with VP’s in finance, sales (industrial & automotive), marketing, product manage and Commercial Leade of APAC business segment.
4.Direct the day-to-day management of pricing analytics tools, methods and processes to capture sales and margin improvement and create a best in class pricing culture.
5.Develop analytical models through software to support pricing initiatives, to model alternative pricing and customer segmentation scenarios, and to maximize profit opportunities in order to achieve optimal financial performance.
6. Direct the utilization of pricing tools to track pricing performance veus sales and margin mix objectives.
7. Lead price performance review meetings with Senior Executives in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operatio.
8.Develop and conduct the training and education of sales force on pricing program changes.
9.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Position Qualificatio:
1.experience with the development and/or implementation of pricing roadmaps, and the ability to develop near-term and long-term pricing strategies. In addition to pricing, the individual should have a solid undetanding of marketing and microeconomics principals.
2.Strong hands-on experience and capabilities in analytics, strategy development, process implementation and price optimization.
3. Leadehip Skills - The individual should have demotrated significant initiative, tenacity, and leadehip skills in prior roles. Individual must possess successful experience in leading cross functional teams on projects.
4.Communication skills – The individual must have advanced writing and communication skills, and be able to interact and peuade individuals at levels senior or equal to him or her, as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussio with individuals from various functio of the organization (e.g. Sales, Finance, Marketing).
5.Significant interface skills with field sales team and in particular developing programs for training sales on value based selling techniques.
6. Proven skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities with a strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task.
7.Experience working with pricing software (PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, Vistaar, etc) in a manufacturing / distribution setting.
8.Master’s degree or equivalent in business, mathematics, economics, statistics, finance or related field strongly preferred.
9.Minimum 7 yea’ experience in business-to-business manufacturing, distribution, or a related field.
10.Mnimum 5 yea’ experience in strategic pricing.
