Job Summary:
---Contact window between customer and interface to internal departments regarding supply chain logistics.
Job Respoibilities:
---Customer interface with regards to supply chain issues.
---Get customer forecast, work together with Sales engineer and give out reliable forecast to material planning team.
---Daily communication with customer and third party warehouse to eure 100% on time delivery.
---Internal communication to Sales & Material/Production Planner and Quality on logistic issues.
---Logistic cost control.
---Other tasks appointed by manager.
Safety: complete and cooperate with security work
Continuous improvement: complete and cooperate with the work of continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
---College or univeity of business management or related.
---5 yea of customer service-related working experience.
---Customer relatiohip management, strong communication and analysis skills, Windows & MS office, SAP skills.
---Good command of English.
