Job Requirements:

---Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering.

---5 yea or above related working experience.

---Can communicate in English.

Job Summary:

---Support to smoothly meet the SOP target for each new project from quality side.( such as make the Production validation test plan, prepare the new ipection gauges and itruments, PPAP preparation and submission.)

---Eure the quality control both in ramp up period and also in normal mass production. (such as set up the daily, monthly and yearly product audit plan and items, deal with daily quality issue in production and can use proper quality methods to find the root cause and take actio to prevent the problem in future, be familiar with SPC, be familiar with quality system as TS16949.)

---Can use quality methods such as fishbone, 3W5Y, 8D etc., to analysis the failure occurred in internal mass production, in 0 kilometer and field complain.

---Take care of the failure cost and focus on the top ones monthly.

---Validate and follow up the Engineering Change.

Job Respoibilities:

---Be respoible for the new product or project validation and release.

---Be respoible for supporting to pass the yearly internal process audit, external TS audit and customer audit.

---Be respoible for daily, monthly and yearly product audit plan and implement.

---Be respoible for reducing the internal PPM, 0 kilometer PPM and field PPM yearly.

---Be respoible to solve daily quality issue and make the improvement.

---Be respoible to help to find the top ones of failure cost monthly and reduce it gradually.

---Be respoible for engineering change validation and follow up.
