Respoibility:

?Supports quote activity, to respoe to request from customer with developing technical proposal and demotrate if the requirement could be met or not.

?Respoible for new product design development and current production support for foundation rear brake products (BIR III and BIR + caliper, drum-in-hat, MoC, Cable puller, etc.).

?Develops detail desig for new project by following design guideline, and conduct Product failure mode analysis (DFMEA)

?Pla and manages DV(design verification) test work packages for applicatio projects

?Organizes test work packages by issuing RFT (request for test) to lab, in support of program milestones (e.g. design verification tests to support drawing release, product validation testing to support production part approval process).

?Coordinates with internal departments to develop braking products concurrently that meet cost, reliability and manufacturing objectives.

?Releases design record into system by following change management requirement

?Provides product expertise to other functio (e.g. sourcing, problem solving etc.)

?Plan and report for team development, according to the coming projects and current team situation.

Requirement:

?Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related field, major in auto engineering preferred

?Professional CATIA skills for 2D&3D

?Good team work and initiativity

?>3 year experience in automotive product engineering, experience on same products preferred

?Good knowledge about product developing process

?Strong analytical and problem solving skills

?Good communication and presentation skills

?Fluent English for both oral and written
