Respoibilities 岗位职责：

Order Release下达采购订单Ru MRP and releases purchase order to vendor based on production planning

根据生产计划运行物料需求计划，并向供应商下达采购订单

Order Tracking跟踪订单Keeps tracking for the vendor of on time delivery measurement and follow purchase order's status, and follow the supplier payment, avoid payment delayed to the vendo even for the supplier delivery performance

跟踪供应商按时交付情况和采购订单状态，并跟踪给供应商付款的情况，避免付款延迟Issues solution when there is short of some material

当有物料短缺时提出解决方案Solves the problem with supplier in DMR

会同供应商解决DMR中的问题Monito production plan and materials flow in daily basis, does material escalation for the materials which will be potential shortage in the coming weeks

每日监控生产计划和物料流，增加后续几周可能出现短缺的物料

System Maintenance系统有效性Makes sure the accuracy of item parameter in the MMS and adjust by actual

确保系统参数的正确性并根据需要进行调整Manages part matrix

管理零件矩阵

Program Launch新项目启动Respoible for release order to the supplier and monitor the material after the PPAP

在PPAP之后负责向供应商发布订单并监控物料到位情况

Inventory Control控制库存Controls inventory for raw materials which align with the department KPI

根据部门KPI控制原材料库存

EOP/ECM Tracking EOP/ECM计划跟踪Follows up with the slow moving EOP/ECM part planning

密切关注EOP/ECM零件计划Respoible for managing the obsolete material of supplier when there is a balance out issues

管理供应商的呆滞物料

Continuous Improvement 持续改进Improves Planning competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and ipiring innovatio of ingenious products, services, solutio and processes

Competency Reqirements 能力要求：

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in XX is preferred

本科或以上学历2-5 yea relative work experience, large manufacturing company preferred

2-5年相关工作经验, 在大型制造企业工作经验者优先 The concepts and practices of logistic and planning of manufacturing
