Eures that human resource is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company’s business strategies

Be respoible for department budgeting and eures that actual cost is under control

Organizational Development组织发展

Advises the company Management Team about the company and HR issues in order to promote and develop a motivated team

Develops and maintai effective succession pla to eure company’s operation and growth are supported by adequate talents

Employee Communication员工沟通

Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, pla, policies and guidelines in accordance with company’s business objectives, in order to sustain company’s culture and enhance employees’ engagement

结合公司的业务目标，定义，推荐和执行员工沟通的战略，规划，政策和准则，来维护公司文化，提高员工参与度

Creates, sustai and develops a partnehip with Unio and Workforce

Compeation & Benefits薪酬福利

Implements and improves company’s Compeation & Benefits policies and procedures, in order to eure fairness and competitiveness

执行和改善工厂的薪资政策和流程，确保薪资系统的公平性和市场竞争力

Recruitment招聘

Develops hiring plan based on Johon Controls’ Standard Staffing Model and Profit Plan, implements and improves recruitment policies and procedures, supports key positio’ hiring and each year’s campus recruitment campaign, in order to eure a proper manning and overall recruitment effectiveness

根据江森自控标准的标准人员配置模式和利润计划来制定招聘计划，执行和提高招聘流程和政策，支持关键职位招聘和年度校园招聘活动，确保合理的人员配置和招聘效率

Training & Development培训与发展

Analyzes, defines, promotes, implements and controls the training and development policies for the company, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs.

分析，定义，提高，执行及控制公司培训发展政策，采用适合公司需求的政策

Develops, improves and implements various people development tools to motivate employees by defining their development and career path

发展，提高和执行员工发展工具， 通过制定员工发展和职业计划来激励员工

Legal Compliance合规

Advises, analyzes, coordinates prevailing legislation and defines policy, in order to eure image, vitality and continuity of the company

分析当前的法律，法规并制定公司的政策，确保公司的良好企业形象和活力

HRIS/Reporting人力资源系统/报告

Monito the standard HR indicato as defined by Johon Controls

监控由江森自控定义标准的人力资源指标

Maintai all peonnel files and records, updates HR IT system and all headcount reports

维护所有的员工档案和记录，更新人力资源系统和所有人员报告

People Development员工发展

Supports HR Staff development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; eures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented

Continuous Improvement 持续改进

Improves HR competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and ipiring innovatio of ingenious products, services, solutio and processes

Competency Requirements

能力要求：

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in administration or related fields preferred 本科以上学历，管理学相关专业优先

5 yea relative work experience at least, with 2 year in management role； manufacturing industry experience preferred 5年以上人力资源3个模块以上工作经验，2年管理经验，在汽车行业、制造型行业优先

Familia with Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and other HR related laws and regulatio 熟练掌握劳动法、劳动合同法等人事相关法律规定

Familia with Office software and Office automatic equipment 熟悉办公软件和办公自动化设备

Strong interpeonal and communication skills 优秀的沟通技巧
