Purchasing strategy and Supplier Management采购战略及供应商管理

Develops a qualified, low cost, and strategically located supply base to support current and anticipated material requirements

Works with plant engineering peonnel to seek new or improved materials and technologies for the processes and products of the business

Collaborates with quality control, the operation, and supplie to continue improve overall supplier quality, delivery, and service

Sourcing采购定点

Assumes respoibility for supplier selection, price and terms negotiation, blanket order generation, and supplier performance for all assigned commodities

完成所负责商品类或项目的供应商选择，价格和条款的谈判，制定采购合同并监控供应商表现

Supports cost estimating with pricing, sourcing, and material planning information necessary to eure successful introduction of new business

Cost Reduction成本控制

Establishes an aggressive cost reduction target for each commodity and supplier and works in conjunction with the operation to assure timely implementation and meet the profit plan objectives

Purchasing Process Implementation and Continuous Improvement采购流程实施和持续改进

Compliances to all purchasing common processes and maintain required purchasing documentation and files. Guarantee compliance with BOS, PLUS and POS procedures

遵守所有采购流程并保存相关的采购文件， 确保遵守JCI的BOS, PLUS 和POS体系

Continues improve purchasing process within the limits of delegated authority, push Best Business Practice

Improves Purchasing competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and ipiring innovatio of ingenious products, services, solutio and processes

Competency Requirements

能力要求

Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in engineering or related fields preferred. 本科或以上学历，工科背景优先

2-5 yea of automotive purchasing or tooling experience preferred. 有2-5年汽车行业采购或模具经验优先
