Inventory Improvement提高库存水平

Monito the warehouse inventory to meet the requirements of the factories

监控仓库库存水平以达到工厂对库存水平的要求

Improves the inventory turnover through delivery timely and warehouse management

通过及时交付和发展的库存管理技术持续提高库存周转率

Logistic Coordination协调物流

Coordinates the vehicle traportation, assists the material manager in solving logistic issues, monito and assesses the logistic supplie

协调车辆运输，协助物料经理解决物流过程中发生的问题，并对物流供应商进行监督和考评

Inventory Check 组织盘点

Coordinates the vehicle traportation, assists the material manager in solving logistic issues, monito and assesses the logistic supplie

负责组织协调工厂盘点工作，制定盘点计划并安排实施，并对盘点中发现的问题进行解决，完成盘点差异分析

Supplier Management 监督外来供应商

Manages the safety of the outside supplie, carries out the safety check on their vehicle and tool

对外来供应商进行安全管理，并对其使用的工具和料车进行安全检查

Continuous Improvement 持续改进

Improves Warehouse competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and ipiring innovatio of ingenious products, services, solutio and processes

通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高仓库的竞争力和客户满意度

People Development员工发展

Shares experience and knowledge with junior team membe

向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识

Assists manager in leading and developing the team

协助经理领导和发展团队

Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; eures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented (Applicable when have direct reports)

通过提供适当的培训，辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估，接任人计划和其他人事部门的项目的实施 （当有直接下属时适用）

Requirements

岗位要求

Bachelor’s Degree or above,本科或以上学历;

5 yea relative work experience at least, large manufacturing company preferred 5年以上相关工作经验, 在大型制造企业优先；

The concepts and practices of logistic and storage of manufacturing 制造型企业物流、仓储理论与实践；

Familiar with MRP和ERP 熟悉MRP和ERP系统；
