Respoibilities:
Full administrative support to the Account Manager, euring effective communication integrity and confidentiality at all times;
Anticipation of the needs of the Account Manager, so as to make him more efficient and effective;
To coordinate remediation for any exceptio highlighted in management reports;
To prepare for and participate in Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly project meeting;
Effective coordination of meetings, appointments, travel, conferences and appointments for the Account Manager and resolving of conflicts in the schedule;
Routine administrative support with emails, agendas and meeting minutes, including independent respoes to routine correspondence;
Internal and external communication with client and supplier representatives;
Administrative assignments that involve judgment and decision-making, e.g. design of office layout, office procurement
Will be required to travel between each office location.
Requirements:
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, including grammar, spelling and pronunciation.
Self-motivated and a good team player, able to work under high pressure
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in major computer software communicatio.
Basic mathematical computation and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
Experience in office management administration specifically in office related procurement, office inventory management
