POSITION SUMMARY:
?An experienced peon in the field of Retail of Travel industry
?Implementation, execution and monitor the plan of assigned PC/Mobile E-commerce business
?Analyze and report in PC/Mobile E-commerce business
?Coordinate the daily work with E-commerce support team and Online Customer Service team in Tianjin Call Center

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:
1.Implement, monitor and follow up the plan of PC/Mobile E-Commerce channels, in order to help the department to drive new FIT booking, company revenue, and customer database
2.Monitor, analyze and report effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of these E-Commerce programs, in an effort to maximize results
3.Organize and control marketing assets
4.Assist in project execution

QUALIFICATIO:
1.2 yea and above working experience in E-commerce field or retail industry
2.Willing to take sales target as major KPI
3.Able to work under pressure with ability to complete tasks within tight deadline

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1.Knowledge of E-commerce or Internet Media business
2.Knowledge and experience with Coumer shopping process and experience
3.Ability to collaborate with teams across a variety of functio and globally
4.Good technical undetanding and can pick up new tools quickly
5.Call Center knowledge will be a plus
6.Cruise industry experience will be a plus
