Mould Engineer

Job respoibilities:

. Respoible for stamping process and production, including mould design and mould evaluation.

.Clearly define molding manufacturing process flow, process paramete and itruction.

. Manage daily production support and problem solving.

.Propose solution to reduce production scrap and quality claim.

.Conduct continuous process improvement and quality control strategy.

. Introduce and improve machine for production capacity expaion, quality or efficiency improvement.

. Propose solution to improve production efficiency.

. Propose solution to reduce cost of production.

.Training and monitor technician in stamping process.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or mould major

More than 3 yea’ work experience in stamping mould design or manufacturing related

Ever work in multi-international company is preferred

Design stamping mould and maintenance

Familiar with auto CAD and solid works software

Good communication skill and team work spirit.

Can write and read in English
