Job requirement:

Engineering bachelor or above.

At least 5 yea experience of production management in manufacturing.

At least 2 yea management experience, team managed mroe than 20 peo

Familiar with the LEAN production.

Familiar iwht TS16949, ISO14000 knowledge

Excellent managerial,supervisory and team building skills to direct and lead staff.

Excellent presentation skills. Good verbal and written communication capability in English

Respoibilities:

Lead the production to fulfill the targets of output,scrap rate,ontime delivery.

Optimize the operation activities to reduce overall proudction and material cost

Continuous improvement to the operation efficiency and productivity.

Elaborate,mange and control annual budget with monthly reviews for prior results and the forecast for the future,

Follow up on approved prjects, using teamwork and holding regular reviews to check on strategy and work on solving problems.

Manage expees to meet the financial goals of the organization,

Assure the quality polices are being adhered to through active participation as s quality system team memeber.
