1. Education: College or above/学历：大专或以上

2. Major: Mechanical engineering, electrical, electronics engineering or equivalent/专业：机械、电气、电子(类同专业)

* EXPERIENCES／经验

10 yea or above of working experience (5 yea of management experience)/10年工作经验（其中有5年管理经验）

* KNOWLEDGE／知识

1. Basic undetanding of MIS operatio对管理信息系统有清晰认识

4. TPM and Preventive maintenance/全员维护、预防维护

1. Willing to work long time till the break down repair job is done.

2. Willing to work in the night in case necessary

3. Can work under high pressure

职责和权限

*Major Respoibilities / 主要职责：

1. Production equipment modificatio改进生产设备

2. Maintain all workshop equipment to eure their smooth operation /维护所有设备保证其正常运转

3. Communicating & work together with departments concerned /与相关部门进行沟通

4. Formulate maintenance schedule, maintenance itruction /制定设备保养计划和保养规程

5. Set up spare parts storage (including coumables) /建立备件储存（含易耗件）

6. Train maintenance technicia /培训维修技术员

7. Assist P/PE to itall and pilot run new equipment /协助生产、工程等部门安装和试运行转移或新设备

8. Modify and improve current equipment /改进及提高现有设备的性能

9. Monitor spare parts inventory /监控备件使用情况

10. Monitor equipment operation status /监察所有设备的使用情况

11. Enforce safety operation /加强安全操作

12. During daily work, he should reduce infection environment, and supervise all the maintenance people to wear labor iurance things /在日常工作的过程中注意减少对环境产生不良的影响，监督所有的维修人员穿戴劳保用品。

13. To attend the environment protection actively in our company organization and do it that asking. /.积极参加公司组织的各项环保的培训,并执行。
