-Respoibilities:
1. Support brand strategy definition and C4 MPH plan;
2. Trait brand strategy to each regional marketing tactical pla and work out the regional marketing POA. Working together with sales team to develop sales PoA to eure brand strategy execution;
3. Design, manage, coordinate and evaluate brand tactical pla and category A&P budgets for Area activities;
4. Eure high quality execution of agreed tactical pla and regional POA for Specialty activities;
5. Develop local speaker and maintain the cotructive relatiohip to improve speaker’s preference and impact;
6. Provide support to central marketing POA execution in region;
7. Manages area category budgets for area activities;
8. Eure brand messages coistency;
9. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant;
10. Eures that NP4 guidelines are fully respected in regional marketing driven activities. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant;
Requirements:
- 6 yea marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry, while 3 yea in management position
- Marketing experience preferred
