Job Respoibilities:?
-Hire, develop, train and retain AMM team;
-Respoible for setting performance management objectives for Area marketing team.
-Respoible for the effective leadehip, management, coaching and couelling of area marketing teams
-Guide and coach Area Marketing Manager for the effective implementation of marketing tactical pla and activities.
-Development of team membe and top talents. Foster empowerment, communication, frankness and creativity
-Eures NP4 guidelines are fully respected in regional marketing driven activities. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant
-Trait portfolio and brand strategy to each regional marketing tactical pla and work out the regional marketing POA. Working together with sales team to develop sales PoA to eure brand strategy execution.
-Design, manage, coordinate and evaluate portfolio and brand tactical pla and category A&P budgets
-High quality planning and execution of regional DAP by own and team
-Central marketing POA execution in region by own and team
-Optimize the resources allocation and capitalize on potential synergies
-Develop local scientific platform to engage KOL
-Enhance disease education non-promotion events
-Build cotructive relatiohip to improve Speaker’s preference and impact
-Training to sales team on brand strategy and product knowledge.
-Hold regular progress review meeting and report to Group Brand Manager and Sales Manage on area marketing status and progress.
-Action to optimize business with clear analysis on marketing opportunity and risks
Job Qualification:
Education: Univeity degree in Business or Science (MBA preferred)
Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese Mandarin
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Experience:6 yea marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry, while 3 yea in management position; Marketing experience preferred
