职位描述:
1.Develop and fulfill local manpower planning and recruitment activities to eure the supply of workforce;
2.Organize and effective best employee selection program ,and duplicate more employees to be the best ones who achieve very good performance.
3.Coordinate Learning and development activities, such as NHO,OJT and seminar.
4.Analyze and monitor employee turnover rate, provide the solution, and tracking ,make sure to be achieved;
5.Analyze and develop engagement improvement action plan , enhance the engagement level;
6.Drive an effective communicatio within the organization, make sure the enterprise culture to be promoted smoothly;
7.Implement Asia HR annual projects in DG Plant.
