Basic Purpose of the role:
Respoible for planning, directing, organizing and coordinating the overall activities and functio of the patient experience departmentection. This respoibility requires achieving and maintaining professional standards within the department, euring the efficiency and quality of services provided and proper delegation and supervision of daily departmentalectional tasks and duties.

任职资格:
?Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or any relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 yea of additional experience.
?8-10 yea of relevant experience of which minimum 5 yea progressive leadehip respoibility in a large healthcare organization
?Proficiency in English language. Proficiency in Arabic Language is desired.
?Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, organization skills
?Ability to meet goals and deadlines, and deal with multiple issues simultaneously (multitask) and move them all towards resolution
?Recognized certificatio such as Certified healthcare access manager (CHAM) or equivalent is desired.
?Strong service orientation with ability to influence othe and collaborate cross functionally is desired.
