Coordinating multiple aspects of care to eure the patient progresses by follow MD itruction

Traitioning of the patient to the appropriate level of care

Managing resource utilization and reimbuement for services

Euring the patient has an advocate for needed services and any needed education

Community Care nuing duty

Community education

Assisting performance monitor & outcomes management

Assisting practice improvements

Other task assigned by supervisor

Qualificatio任职资格:

College degree or above

Completely Bilingual-Chinese& English

Chinese Certified Nue, community/maternity/chronic disease management experience preferred

Healthcare industry admin experience preferred

Skills/技巧:

Strong communication skills.

Requires ability to work well under pressure and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requires good time management, organizational and prioritization skills

Familiar with Microsoft office， especially for the excel
