职位描述:
In charge of local and national IT helpdesk, software, and hardware supports;
Liaison with headquarte and lead IT projects roll out in China;
Partner with operation manage to develop business and system requirements;
Enhance and improve IT security policies and standards and eure that those IT policies comply with the corporate guidelines;
Prepare the Disaster Recovery Plan for the organization;
Maintain the safety and stability of internet for both internal and external;
Eure that each department can use the system smoothly and stably;
Administe network policies and procedures;
Initiates continuous critical assessment of current technology systems and recommends prudent investments in new, additional systems;
Negotiates contracts, licee agreements and service agreements for hardware, software, and voice/data communicatio systems and technology;
Manage IT Budget/Expenditures in China;
Manage Hardwareoftware asset inventory in China;
Promote IT compliance in China and keep track of performance via IT dashboard;
Manage IT vendor partne to eure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services;
Performs other related job duties as may be assigned or required;
Competencies:
Work Experience: +7 yea of working experience from similar positio in preferably companies handling medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Above 2 yea role in managerial position;
Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure;
High integrity and reliability;
A team player with good people management, interpeonal and problem solving skills;
Well-organized, initiative, and meticulous;
Good oral and business writing skills in English;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Undetanding of complex information and requirements;
Great IT skills combined with a good head for business;
Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
