Promotion Planning & Implementation
-To achieve business objectives and increase sales by executing impactful retailedistributor promotional campaig
-To develop and implement trade marketing pla to achieve desired sales.
-To establish and implement tracking & reporting system to monitor effectiveness of promotional activities.
Channel Development Tailor-made Program
-To work closely with key custome to provide category and shopper iights to drive performance and grow the categories and bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activities including price, pack, product assortment and shelving definitio
-To support innovative and effective trade and sales animation programs in store together with KAM, actively participating to sales trainings, especially for new product launches
Budget Control
-To provide pay-out analysis for trade and promotion expee to improve ROI
-Build up expee tracking & reporting system to help budget control efficient.
POS Management
-To develop POS and Trade communication promotional materials, aligned with online communication pla.
-Build up POS logistics management system, that help to raise the promotion effectiveness.
Promoter (PG)Management
-To draw up PG salary and incentive policy
-To set up PG database system, and data analysis and reporting
-To build up PG team training material and motivation project
Strictly follows and eures enforcement across team of China laws and regulatio regarding sales and promotion, follows Industry code and Galderma Code of Ethics. Undisputable integrity during sales call and expees report in compliance with company policies.
Profile Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business;
3 yea of Trade Marketing in FMCG;
Support trade marketing manager to develop portfolio strategy and long term retail/OTC business plan to achieve the core mission;
Experience working with cross function teams, to eure trade marketing pla & activities implement effectiveness and efficiency;
Solid undetanding of regulatory and legal requirements in China FMCG trade industry and compliance track record;
Good knowledge & successful experience in Modern Trade/OTC;
Data-based analytical and strategic thinking skills required;
Strong ability to innovate and form creative solutio.
