职位描述:
Based on E-commerce team sales target, achieve KA strategic sales plan, annual business plan objectives and periodical goal;
Negotiate and manage EKA annual contract based on business demand, find cooperation opportunity from annual joint business plan;
E-shopper undetanding and E-database analysis to bring sharp iight and appealing activity into e-marketing implementation plan ;
Coidering brand positioning & platform feature, co-work with digital manager and Brand manager to initiate campaig to maximize online sales, which enhance online sales, traffic, convertion rate and brand awareness;
Make promotion mechanism, principle and propose annual / quarter promotion; allocate budget to projects, monitoring costs, provide status reports and outputs analysis with monthly report and quarterly review;
Work close with cross-functional Brand MKT team, leverage online resources to maximize sales;
Manage distributor on operation, page design and customer service.
Profile Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business, digital or e-commerce degree preferred;
Excellent communication skills, English is plus;
3 yea of experience in coumer e-commerce;
Proven track record in planning and implementing route to market e-channel strategies and leading service provide to develop and implement successful wed/mobile solutio;
Demotrated ability to successfully over achieve sales pla;
Strategic capabilities to build e-platform activities as well as tactical e-commerce and data analyzing capabilities;
Experience negotiation skill with technical undetanding of website infrastructure related to e-commerce operatio;
Willingness to work or relevant experience in Peonal Care - knowledge of Skin Care field a real plus.
