Overall Role Purpose：

Develop and implement logistics solutio according to global custome’ requirements. Manage and complete logistics project within agreed time and budget and eure service quality meets/exceeds custome’ expectation

Respoibility：

1, Provide program management services in such a way that performance and customer satisfaction levels are met

2, Manage the solution from an end-to-end pepective across all DHL Business Unit products and services with the goal of managing change, enhancing the customer business model, and creating an environment of service excellence.

3, Partner with GMNC Customer Management, the Customer Support Group, and Business Units to eure exceptional service level performance and integrated program management occur at both customer and functional levels

4, Provide coultative advisory services in Express Distribution and/or Logistics that drives incremental revenue generation from existing business

5, Serve as management escalation point for all process and support issues

Qualification:

1, Bachelor degree or above

2, 3+ yea of working experience in Logistics project is preferred

3, Good English skills both in written and verbal

4, Proactive, able to work under pressure
