Job Summary: To review and improve work processes and systems, involved in New Product Launch, participate in Factory & Supplier Quality audits and work with manufacturing and engineering on continual improvement and corrective action processes.

Essential Duties and Respoibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

?Respoible for setting up and implementing quality systems and following through on improvements and corrective actio

?Act as the key interface between Quality and Factory Engineering teams internally as well as externally

?Focus on a few specific products made by manufacturing partne visit factories for production and product quality tasks frequently

?Use production and field data to monitor, control and improve product quality to improve the yield and reduce the defect rate

?Develop and execute the product quality plan for the manufacturing partne to manage the on-site quality

?Perform Audits at the manufacturing partne to eure the compliance

?Lead the projects to improve the product quality and reliability

Qualificatio

?Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3-5 yea experience of work in manufacturing environment

?Familiar with the production process especially on Assembly, Test, Pack-Out and othe

?Proficient experiences in working in the factory environment; experiences in laser equipment manufacturing will be definitely an advantage.

?In-depth knowledge in quality methodologies with command of tools including CAPA, Statistical Analysis, DOE, FMEA etc.

?Excellent communication and organization skills; good record in production projects

?Fluency in English and Mandarin
