Job Summary Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products manufacturing and services by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Respoibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

?To be the Factory NPI/Materials Program Manager and coordinate the product trafer of ESI Branded products.

?Manage NPI Program issues in Design, Materials and Process to successfully support release of ESI products into mass production.

?Work with both internal and external partne to develop pla, schedules, define respoibilities and deliverables.

?Track all action items, whether internal team activities or external as they arise over the coue of the project and manage prompt completion agait project plan.

?Leads, coaches and motivates other people on projects, determine whether the business needs outside vendo and write project status reports for upper management.

?Address, prioritize, resolve conflicts, and assist in managing the communication amongst the different parties.

?Manage ECO implementation and conducts proper evaluation prior to introduction of change into mass-production.

Qualificatio:

1.Bachelor's degrees in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering and 3 ~5 yea of experience in project management. Preferably with two or more yea of experience in Laser equipment manufacturing is highly desirable.

2.Good experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management and / or NPI is preferable.

3.Able to work independently with minimum direction; multi-tasking yet extremely productive and timely

4.Proficient language skills in English and Mandarin

5.Other essential requirements are supervisory, leadehip, communication, problem-solving, organizational, leadehip and computer skills
