Strategy development
- Develop and monitor the implementation of marketing strategies, policies, (cross-functional) tactics and pla, pricing structure, promotion events, target accounts, resources necessary to achieve the agreed business goals, by utilizing the outputs of analyses on mining market intelligence and current and future competitiveness in products/product applicatiopricingervices.
- Prepare presentatio to explain and introduce the company’s current and future strategies.
Mining Market Budgeting & Mining Market Development
- Prepare the budget and oveee the expenditures in the allocated areas to eure marketing activities are conducted with cost effectiveness.
- Direct the activities and lead the process to develop and penetrate mining markets with new or existing
products/ services/ technologies by oveeeing the implementation of the defined strategies, the application and evaluation of mining market intelligence on the analyses of competito, the mining market development, own competitiveness,
- Visit and establish professional relatiohips with large volume custome and other potential custome of large sales prospects, as necessary, to negotiate or lead negotiation of large sales.
Mining Market intelligence
- Direct and lead the establishment of a database and the processes to obtain, update, maintain and evaluate mining market trends, the application of products/technology, the service needs, intelligence on competito, etc in order to identify new business opportunities.
- Oveee the performance of mining market research project, the development of competitor grid and benchmarking analyses.
Support of business management
- Participate in the formulation of business plan, including the development and implementation of new capital project to optimize profitability through product/ customer mix analyses, e.g. coolidation and rationalization of cost control, sales volume, sales price, capacity development and R&D guidance.
Specific respoibilities include annual and long-term strategic and tactical pla for company, business, and market development of mining. Market research and planning, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, brand development, and partnering with other related management teams to eure the best possible services and effective communicatio. Will assist GM in puuing acquisitio, investments, and investigating and executing new business models.
