With the regional category manager establish and develop the sourcing strategy of machining supplier and contribute to supplie selectio.

Create and maintain a supplier base mapping in term of process, quality, cost data & drive, capacity for its category.

Scouting for potential new machining technologies.

Assess supplie in quality, organizational and technical cost performance, capacity.

Carry out supplier development initiatives on quality, cost, logistic on chosen supplier / technology / process / category.

Organize / facilitate co-design activities between supplie and CBI engineering for new component concepts. Create and maintain process cotraints design guide lines.

Coordinate process and capacity audits done by local auditor and carry out the strategic ones (as new component, new supplie …).

Coolidate regional machining supplie KPIs.

Coolidate & deploy Lesson Learned and best practice for regional plants

Create & maintain internal training material on its category.

Education

Mechanical Engineer diploma

Competences / Experiences

Several yea of successful experience in Machining process which can be summarize as Senior or recognized in the business.

If possible a second experience either in quality or in engineering development.

Supplier Management experience

Automotive field experience (better but not mandatory)

Fluent speaking and writing English

Good communication skill and Leadehip
