职位描述:
BASIC FUNCTIO
This position is respoible for developing and implementing sales strategies targeted at project activities in respective region. The incumbent is required to manage and coordinate project development execution, maintain close relatiohip with distributo, develope and designe, introduce new Kohler products, and monitor after-sales service.
SPECIFIC RESPOIBILITIES
Undetand and monitor Kohler’s distributo, competito and other market information.
Maintain a close connection with major specifie, interior contracto, designe, builde, develope, and the lodging industry respective region.
Coordinate, develop, evaluate and audit yearly budget of project development execution in respective region.
Develop and supervise a strategic, coistent and long-term project sales network.
Recommend, guide, develop and assess new project sales network.
Advise on problem solving methods in relation to distributo and custome complaints.
Coordinate the project activities in respective region in order to achieve the sales objectives.
Provide training and guidance to the Sales Executive - Project to increase awareness of the importance and profitability of project market and new residential market.
Maintain the competitiveness of the project sales activities and be well-veed on the project market situation and the competition.
Maintain Kohler China management being informative on the project market situation by providing information on competitor’s products, developer’s business strategies and other related information advantageous to the company.
Perform additional projects assigned by the Regional Sales Manger and/ or the management.
RELATIOHIPS AND CONTACTS
Report to the Associate Regional Sales Director.
Frequently contact with the Sales Executive - Project in respective region.
Frequent contacts with Marketing and Central Customer Service Center peonnel.
Frequently contact with major specifie, designe, builde, develope and the lodging industry in respective region.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketingales concept.
At least eight yea experience in project development or sales management preferably gained from plumbing or durable coumer products industries, and three yea experience in managing distributor and market development.
Good leadehip, training, communication, and interpeonal skills are required.
