职位描述:
Specific Respoibilities:
1.Recruitment
Develop different recruitment channel, select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on HC needs;
Organize the recruitment process and conduct the interviews, prepare the offer letter and contract for successful candidate, Perform new staff’s reference check;
Follow up the new come’ progress during their probation period in order to facilitate their integration in the company;
Delivery and Maintain HR HC Monthly Report
Create, maintain and update all job descriptio
Handle and maintain all necessary peonnel files.
2.Training
Respoible for training resource and channels management & internal trainer pool management/motivation;
Manage Training reports, evaluation analysis, & training fee management;
Support HR team internal training programs.
Coordinate and monitor the process implementation of training plan as well as recording.
3.Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager
Job Requirements:
1.At least 5 yea experience in the Human Resource Management environment with a minimum of 3 yea' solid focus on recruitment or training function in international company.
2.Systematic HR knowledge in respect of employee relatiohip, labor law and regulatio.
3.Good communication skills and fluent English.
4.Strong see of respoibility and teamwork.
