职位描述：

1.负责货物的进出口清关及报检的操作及监管，及时按规定办理与进出口相关的批文与单证

Respoible for customs clearance and the operation and supervision of the ipection, handling of the relevant documents in time

2. 管理并监控进出口清关过程，确保清关手续合规，货物能及时清关完毕并送达仓库

Manage and monitor the clearance process of import and export, eure customs clearance process clear and legal, goods can be cleared and deliver to warehouse in time

3.申请关税和增值税的支付及与清关过程相关的费用结算

Application for customs and VAT payment and settlement of costs related to customs clearance

4. 加工贸易手册的备案、办理、核销，及帐实平衡的数据监控，差异分析

Manual record of processing trade, processing, verification, balance and difference analysis of the data

5.跟进订单的交期，与业务员确认出货方式。如订单生产过程中有异常或者交期延迟，及时通知相关人员

Order delivery date tracking and confirming the delivery mode with the sales colleague. If there is any abnormality or delay in delivery, inform relevant peon in time

6.根据客户确认的出货方式订舱，安排海运，空运，国际快递等

Booking cargo space according to customer's confirmed traportation way, by sea, by air, by international express and so on

7.建立和维护高效和健全的进出口体系

To setup and maintain an effective and sound import & export system

8. 支持和解决所有进出口物流运输的相关问题

Support and resolve all logistics related issues;

9.和海关以及中国检验局维护良好的关系

To maintain good working relation with the Customs and the CCIB;

10.对报关行及货代绩效进行评估分析，促使其提升清关效率，改进服务质量

To conduct periodic survey on Forwarde and Customs Broke.

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，经济、贸易、物流类专业

College degree or above, major in economy, international trade and logistics.

2. 有相关领域工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经验者优先考虑

Working experience in related field of foreign company is preferred

3. 熟悉相关报关流程，熟悉相应的国家法律法规，持有报关员资格证者优先

Familiar with relevant customs clearance procedures, familiar with relevant national laws and regulatio, and the certification of customs declarer is preferred

4. 较强的自学能力与沟通能力，以及团队合作精神，具有一定英语能力

Strong self-learning ability and communication skills, as well as teamwork spirit, with a good English ability.

5. 性格开朗，为人正直，工作细心负责
