岗位描述：

1.Organize do a good technical support job for ERTG application marketing, to explain technical issues to customer. define corresponding standard working file.

组织ERTG项目的售前（接到正式客户订单与生产合同前）技术支持工作，包括与客户进行远程或现场技术交流，方案制定，技术协议审核确定等等，并制定对应标准程序文件；

2. Respoible for providing technical solution, layout drawing, and products general shape drawing for ERTG applicationl inquiries

负责对ERTG项目询价提供技术方案，现场布置图，产品外形图；

3.Manage project solution and drawing in a proper way, make improvement and standardization, keep active & efficient communication with technical team memebe for project progress on technical side. 对项目方案及图纸进行整理归档，改进与标准化，对于项目技术方面的进展与技术部人员保持积极有效的沟通；

4.Produce & audit ERTG project technical agreement, to do technical disclosure job to product&project dept.

编制&审核技术协议，并对产品项目部进行项目前期的技术交底工作。

5.According to the company or department arrangement, undertake technical training for custome.

根据公司或部门安排，承担用户的技术培训工作。

6.For special applicatio that need customized and develop new products, to do technical disclosure job to product&project dept and development dept, then trafer to the job to development dept, and product&project dept is respoible for organization and tracing.

对于特殊应用需要定制新产品的，对产品项目部与产品研发部进行项目前期技术交底，将工作转移至技术研发部，并由产品项目部负责跟踪。

任职要求：

1. 熟练各种办公软件，熟练使用CAD / Solidworks绘图软件。

All kinds of office software skilled, good at CADolidworks software.

2. 良好沟通能力，沟通中具有一定影响力，高度的责任感与职业道德，团队精神，合作态度,工作主动。

Good communication ability, has certain influence in the communication, high see of respoibility and professional ethics, team spirit and cooperative attitude, work initiative.

3.英语书写熟练。

Good at English writing and reading.

4.有机电重工行业设计背景，并对港口机械(比如RTG、STS等)有比较深的了解和认识。

Electrical and mechanical heavy duty industry design background，knowing the port equipment such as RTG, STS and so on.
