职位描述:
Job Description:
1. Complete order information (OI) with sales people
2. Follow up the payment from custome and coordinate with sales people
3. Place the purchase orde to CoE Weil, Belley, USA, Italy or Wuhan , and other outside supplie
4. Follow up order confirmation after order placed within 3 ~ 5 working days, check order status 5 working days before shipment
5. Inform custome for the balance payment officially ( via email or fax) and report to sales people if balance payment not arrived after one week
6. Shipment arrangement within 1~2 working days
7. After-sale problems’ feedback and handling with CoEs within 1~2 working days
8. VAT invoices issuing application to FCD (financial control department) within 1 working days
9. Assist FCD to confirm the invoices from CoEs
10. Assist FCD to follow up overdue payments and shipments
11. Maintain project list and share with sales people and after-sales service team
12. Order entering in ERP system within 1~2 working days
13. Quotation entering in ERP system and report to sales director per week
14. Administration support(order processing/payment) for OEMs (ZPMC, NOELL, SANY,DION, RCI mainly) with CoEs
15. Collecting handover documents from CoE and preparing hard copies for OEMs
16. Administration support to after-sales team
17. Administration support for CoE Weil orde which signed between CoE & supplie in China
EducatioExperience
1.More than 4 yea related sales support or contract execution management experiences
2.Experience in financial or customs field would be an added advantage
3.Good English skill both spoken and written
4.Preferred experiences for organizational structure setup
5.Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under the pressure
6.Independent working capability and highly respoible
