RESPOIBILITY AND AUTHORITY／职责和权限

Major Respoibilities / 主要职责

The jobholder is disciplinary located in PEC HP (MKK DC) Capacitor operatio, cost center of the CAP PW PD Department. In general is respoible to handle the Research and Development for PEC HP (MKK DC) and its interfaces with other departments and factories, targeting new products and custome, new applicatio, innovation, quality performance and cost reduction.

1.Research and Development. In charge of developing and adapting products and materials for new applicatio regarding heat, mechanical requirements and electrical stresses. Work to miniaturize components, develop/propose new processes to improve yield, reduce scraps and labor.

2.Implementation of new products/processes. In charge of elaborating and approving relative documentation (BOM, process minutes,…), paramete specification and confirmation, approve processes and products for mass production. Coordinate samples manufacturing and trial ru.

3.Rationalization. In charge of testing alternative materials and changes in product/process targeting cost reduction, propose and manage investments for rationalization, capacity expaion, process updating and so on.

4.Application. In charge of customer support for technical issues. Develop deep knowledge of the main application for PEC HP (MKK DC) products, participate with PEC HP Global R&D in design in activities, troubleshooting and clearing doubts. Analyze defective and returned parts from custome in 8D-report basis. Analyze either new or state-of-the-art final products using PEC HP components.

5.Technological reference. In charge of participating in new developments started in EPOCS Malaga, analyze and rank competito’ products, provide detailed specificatio, features and properties of PEC HP components, search and keep records and pape about basic materials, application, failure analysis techniques and procedures.

6.Interfaces. In charge of interacting with Global R&D, QA, Production, Maintenance and Logistics in actio to reduce scraps and re-work production lead-time, materials and products/processes diveity. Support other departments in training and in continuous improvement activities. Provide technical support to Product Marketing activities, related to application, specificatio and development of new products.

7.Eure that the key performance indices in the department are under control, providing reports and planning/implementing actio to cover gaps.

8.Eure that all activities in this area are performed according to approved itructio and documents.

9.Manage the team reporting to him/her to cope with their assigned respoibilities.
