MAJOR RESPOIBILITIES:

1.Be respoible for electrical product and validation specificatio.

2.Execute Nexteer Product Development Process assignments on schedule. Participant the PDT meeting.

3.Lead product electrical problem solving and root-cause analysis.

4.Evaluate customer requirements for Electronics design and application for EPS.

5.Support EPS production in Suzhou.

6.Provide product engineering expertise to support supplier development, manufacturing quality analysis, and customer requests.

7.Support new business puuit activities for Electronics

8.Documentation Management for EPS electronics tuning with customer, Engineering Bill-of-Material (EBOM), product drawings and Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Enterprise change request (ECR).

9.Follow Nexteer Procedure and Process, such as Internal Control (IC) procedures, change management (CMII) process.

10.Support prototype builds and support off-tool sample builds

11.Support project cost and timing estimatio

12.Support continuous Cost Improvement Process (CIP).

13.Vehicle level tuning base on customer requirements.

14.Communication with US for project and technical review.

15.Accept other job respoibilities as required by PE Supervisor.

16.Maintain safety and good housekeeping for Electrical Lab.

QUALIFICATIO:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Electronics

2. Minimum 5 yea design and application experience in Automotive Industry, Steering is preferred

3. Good oral and written communication skills in English; can use clear & fluent English to describe complex tasks or issues, and explain facts, practices, procedures, etc. to othe; Able to make simple presentation with English PPT, can undetand English information from othe and participate in English discussio on various topics;

4.Undetanding electronic schematic drawing and technical specification;

5.Be Skillful in using Digital Multimeter, Waveform Generator, Oscilloscope, etc.

6.Be familiar with Automotive Network application (CAN Application is a plus);

7.Vector tools application (CANoe, CANanalyser etc.) Capability is a plus.
