Main Respoibilities:
- Assitant work for department manager
- Paper work: information collection, newsletter publish, publish, document filing
- Respoible for the office maintenance and other daily support
- Travel&meeting arrangements and support, employee activities, ticket, hotel and traportation,reservation ,etc
- admin guidance training to new employees
- Accept other job respoibilities as require by supervisor
Basic Requirements
- Excellent MS office skill(PPT ECXCEL.ect)
- Good English
- Hard working with great learning ability
- fitly admin and related HR part (mainly ER part) will be assigned; has the ability to be potetial HR BP in the furture
