GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Respoible for customer technical support as Nexteer representative in customer side; provide timely respoe to customer request and involve in customer problem solving in active manner; deliver customer issue to CPI engineering timely. Maintain relatiohip with customer technical department. ; Learn customer expectation supporting new program puuit.
MAJOR RESPOIBILITIES

1.Perform as customer technical liaison during CPI launch.
2.Maintain good relatiohip with customer technical department.
3.Learn customer culture and procedure, give guideline for team for strategy making.
4.Provide in time, on-site support to any engineering related customer issues.
5.Provide in-time and clear problem descriptioreport to CPI engineer in Suzhou for any risk alarm or potential risk alarm.
6.Actively involved in customer problem solving activities.
7.Follow up the requests from weekly meeting (new puuit, PDT and resident engineer) and to complete them on time.
8.Follow Nexteer global and local engineering police and procedure.
9.Support new puuit activities (platform, competitor information, etc.).
10.Accept other job respoibilities as required by PE Supervisor
SPECIFIC ISSUES (SUCH AS WORKING ENVIRONMENT, BUSINESS TRIP)
Frequent business trip to visit customer to eure good relatiohip with customer
QUALIFICATIO
EducatioDegree:
Bachelor degree above, prefer Master, major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation, Vehicle Engineering and Mechatronics, etc.
Working Experience:
5 yea’ experience in Automotive Industry
