Duties & Respoibilities:

- Explore new business opportunities and liaison with the existing client achieve sales target.

- Develop new accounts with team and focus on key accounts management and growth;

- Daily sales activities review.

- Handle customer's complaints and escalate the complaints to higher management if necessary.

- Participate in marketing activities;

- Train up sales team to be more aggressive and professional;

Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above.

- At least 4+ yea’ of sales management experience in Quality service industry or automotive industry oem or supplier.

- Having good contacts with quality and purchase department of OEM plants would be an added advantage.

- Able to work hard enough to meet pre-defined sales quota and high commitment in sales field.

- Be aggressive, positive working attitude and good presentation skill, strong sales skills.

- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.

- Willing to travel in china and abroad for more business expaio.

- Good knowledge of English.
