职责 Respoibilities：

1.带领检验团队进行产品质量检验，保证检验后的产品100%符合客户要求；

Lead ipection team to carry out product quality control and eure products conform to the requirements of the customer 100%

2.根据项目需求灵活安排检验人员；

Flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements

3.项目启动前准备检验作业指导书并培训检验团队。每天向客户发送检验日报，并定期向客户发送阶段报告；

Prepare the sorting/ipection working itruction and provide proper training to the ipection team.Daily report to the customer and Periodic projects overview reports

4. 定期对现场进行审核带领团队做持续改善，配合质量工程师工作；

Regularly review, cooperate with quality engineer to improve

5. 监督供应商IPQC过程，能对过程进行工序风险审核，帮助工厂提出改善建议；

Monitor supplier IPQC process, can to audit the risk process, help improving Suggestio are put forward

6.与供应商和客户良好的沟通，定期参加客户或者供应商驱动的三方会议

Good communication with supplie and custome, regularly attend tripartite meeting custome or supplie

7.能够撰写8D报告并且保证质量问题改善措施实施，并监督改善效果

Wirte 8D report to follow up the quality problem to improve the implementation, and supervision and improve the results

要求Requirements：

1.3年以上汽车行业工作经验,熟悉质量控制，有SQE工作经验优先

More than 3 yea working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control, SQE experience is preferred

2.独立工作,负责与良好的项目管理能力和良好的了解需求。

To work independence, respoible with good project management skill and good undetanding about requirement

3.良好的沟通技巧和客户抱怨管理。

Strong communication skill and customer complain management

4.熟悉使用QC七种工具、5W2H等质量问题解决工具；

Familiar with quality problem solving tools such as 8D, 5W2H etc

5.熟悉TS16949，并且对汽车五大工具能够灵活应用

Familiar with TS16949 flexible application of automobile tools

6.能适应长期出差

To adapt to business trip

7.良好的书面和口头英语能力。

Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
