岗位职责:

Be the customer’s key contact and interface for all quality related aspects and fully respoible for handling customer quality complaints in this region. Work globally and closely with factory, engineering, sales, marketing, and technical team with external customer to address the quality issue with corrective actio.

Act as focal point for all quality related customer communicatio (internally and externally)

Work with custome to verify and undetand the device and system level issues

Address customer issues and update custome in a timely manner regarding to the status of the quality issues or enquires

Provide feedback to internal team regarding to custome demand on quality standard, expectation on product quality, and drive for continuous improvements

Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by custome

任职资格:

Degree Required: Engineering, Electronic Engineering degree holder is a highly preferred as most of the products are working on circuit protection, over-voltage or over-current protection.

?5+ total yea in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering function

?3+ yea in Customer Quality Engineering with Root Cause Failure Analysis knowledge and exemplary direct customer support skills

?Strong analytical and problem solving skills

?Knowledge of complex in electronics, electrical, or mechanical assemblies, prefer circuit protection technology

?Knowledge of manufacturing principles and manufacturing engineering techniques

?Working knowledge of quality tools including cause-and-effect diagram, check sheet, control chart, histogram, Pareto chart, scatter diagram, affinity diagram, tree diagram, control plan, and failure modes-and-effects analysis

?Sound knowledge on ISO9000 / TS16949, automotive experience and exposure is added advantage

?Proficient in MS Office suite

?Able to interface effectively with associates and custome at all levels of the organization

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide quality interface at any level

?Previous experience with multinational corporatio is an advantage

?Good undetanding of and able to communicate in English. Knowledge in other language is an advantage

?Team oriented and respoive

?Be able to work under high pressure

?Willing to travel exteively

?8+ yea related experience for Senior level

?Technical expertise in electronics or manufacturing engineering discipline for Senior level
