Position Summary/Purpose 职位概述(设立目的):

Lead all aspects of the local operatio in Shanghai & Chongqing, will be accountable for the “day to day” work including development and execution of manufacturing strategy actio that reduces manufacturing and supply chain costs, improves quality, delivery and profitability, and generates world-class customer satisfaction. The local strategy will be geared to support manufacturing footprint strategies and overall growth pla.

1.Respoible for managing all functio which is relative to the production of BU, including guiding and planning all activities regarding production, engineering, processing, purchasing, quality with the aim of achieving optimum quality, cost control and timing as set by the organization.

2.Respoible for strategic capacity planning and improving manufacturing capacity utilization by optimizing capacities and volume balancing between workshops.

3.Define industrial strategy to be implemented with new products. Set industrial targets in coordination with product development, capacities, volume balancing, make vs. buy strategy;

4.Respoible for follow up implementation of strategy, make proposals for rectification. Monitor the situation of new project implementation

5.Collection, analysis of the macro environment, industry trends, market dynamic and competitor information dynamics, analyze the industry prospects and technology development trend, puts forward the development of the BU direction suggestion

6.Eure maximum efficiency and productivity of BU facility

7.Eure production volume, cost (material manpower and logistics), quality of product, production schedules, and supplying for customer are met.

8.Involved BU facility investment decisio, comments, and scheme

9.Champio the ITW leadehip development framework, developing talent within the business. Manager, coach and foster the related functional manage.

10.Model the culture and values of ITW including demotrating the highest level of ethical business behavior.

Position Qualificatio任职要求:

1.Bachelor degree or above in material molding, Mechanical engineering or technical area

2.Good English and Chinese communication skills, both written and oral

3.Over 12 yea manufacturing working experience including 5 yea management experience

4.Demotrated undetanding of financial and operational performance data

5.Demotrated success in building and leading integrated operatio teams, fostering engagement and a drive to win

6.Solid influencing skills within internal and external

7.Strong team integration skill, people & organization development skill,
