Overall Summary:

Development of people and tools to increase overall competence, efficiency and flexibility

Job Description:

- Gives input to the sales strategy for products (within centrally set framework)

- Drive long and short-term sales/ profitability in his area for the complete company‘s portfolio

- be a key sales figure in achieving the sales budget

- Proactive in exploring new applicatio and developing new custome apart from traditional business

- Resolve major conflicts with customer

- Coordinate all sales activities of the assigned areas

Qualification:

- Bachelor degree or above in Chemical, pharmacy, Mechanical, Engineering or Automation

- Over 5 yea sales experience in related industries and machineries

- Willing and capable to explore new market and set up business relatio with new customer.

- Good communication skill & positive/proactive working attitude and team work spirit

- Willingness to travel exteively around China

- Good reading and written in English are necessary while oral is a plus.
