To oveee the development of the company’s for Travel Iurance business, manage the local sales team and B2B customer relatiohips and support team to develop traditional travel agency channel in order to meet company targets for profitable growth and retention.
Position Accountabilities
· Develop a thorough undetanding of the company’s Travel Iurance products and Assistance services in order to be able to deal effectively and informatively with custome
· Developing and effectively leading and managing a local sales team: daily in field management, recruitment and coaching, peonal performance monitoring, team performance evaluation and other fundamental managerial works
· Monitoring and reporting on travel iurance traditional markets, and competitor activities, and providing analysis and advice to Management
· Planning and prioritizing peonal & team sales portfolio and customeprospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing peonal time and productivity
· Developing and maintaining new and existing custome through appropriate propositio and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
· Responding to and following up sales enquiries in a timely manner
· Providing support for all corporate marketing & PR-related activities as required
· Representing the company at trade shows and corporate events
· Performing other duties and special assignments as required
· Develop a sales budget to iure conformance to organization sales goals and objectives.
· Establishes sales goals and pla to assure that each sales representative contributes to the overall organization objectives.
· Identify market opportunities with initializing business relatiohip with agency, or iurance brokerage firms aligned with company’s strategies;
· Manages, pla, leads, organizes, controls, and coordinates the sales activities of the team;
· Eures that all systems, procedures, and regulatio are communicated to, and complied with by, all peonnel in the department.
· Eure full utilization of sales.froce; review and monitor the quantify and quality of sales activities to eure that peonnel have achieved sales quotas, and credited collectio;
· Develops and maintai a compreheive sales training program to assure meeting the standards of performance.
· Conducts periodic reviews for employees to assure attainment of goals and proper compeation arrangements.
· Review all activities relating to the public, custome, and organizatio to avoid issues involving potential erro and omissio.
· Confe with upper manage to plan and develop methods and procedures to increase sales, lower costs, and obtain greater efficiency.
Prepares and submits activity reports.
Required Qualificatio
· Bachelor education background and above
· At least 5 yea related sales experience in tourism, exhibition, aviation and iurance industry
· Applicants with strong working experience in iurance or tourism industry are preferred
· High-level fluency in oral and written Mandarin, and English
· High-level infinity, communication ability and interpeonal and analytical skills
· Team management skills and ability of promoting work independently
· Self-motivated peon who enjoys undertaking a working achievement-based position
· The ability to plan and manage time is essential
· A friendly, professional manner is imperative, as this is a customer-facing role
· Availability to travel withinChina
· High-level computer literacy
