Position summary
This role is in charge of developing and growing AWP’s revenue in the banking channel in China.
Position Accountabilities
? Secure and maintain business from banking sector.
? Develop long and short-term sales strategy and conduct implementation to win new accounts and execute business goals.
? Supervise sales team to develop & maintain key client strategic relatiohip, well-manage accounts in targeted segment.
? Lead business negotiation with client at C-levels and mobilize the senior management team based on need basis
? Prepare business case and conduct presentation to key decision make in banks to highlight the unique advantage of company’s products and services
? Manage pricing policy and margi according to agreed aims, in coultation with other departments
? Maintain a strong focus on the growth and profitability of existing business – both to eure the company’s interests are protected in a re-negotiation & as a basis for quoting new business
? Through cotant analysis & coultatio, eure that AWP China service offering is appropriate for the market, and implement changes to sales & marketing strategies as needed to respond to changing environment
? Develop new productervice initiatives in respoe to identified opportunities
? Contribute to formulation and implementation of corporate-level policy and strategy, as a member of the sales management team
? Manage, train, ipire, lead, and empower (where appropriate), direct reporting staff to achieve their full potential
? Contribute sales & margin budgets with P/L respoibility
Required Qualificatio
? Univeity or Master degree, major in Business or Finance preferred
? Strong domain knowledge and in-depth undetanding of banking industry in China is a must, in Asia-Pac is a plus.
? Minimum of 8 yea of key account sales gained from core banking or card related applicatio, solutio or coulting or outsourcing services targeting banks and financial ititutio in China
? Strong undetanding of card operation in banks or bank card traaction processing services (marketing, operation or sales) would be a unique advantage.
? Strong coultative selling and negotiation skills.
? Proven success record of B2B solution selling performance.
? Strong leadehip with team management experience.
? Capable to work independently meanwhile a good team leader.
? Multi-task management and time management capability.
? Good communication skill both in English and Chinese.
