Position Accountabilities:
1. Recruitment:
? Work closely with hiring manager and HR Manager to identify the staffing needs and eure that all the recruitment are conducted efficiently to meet business needs.
? Eure that workforce planning and employment activities are compliant with applicable country and local laws and regulatio.
? Identify and manage internal and external recruitment sources (for example, employee referrals, online job boards, résumé banks) .
? Develop strategies to brand/market the organization to potential qualified applicants.
? Develop and implement hiring procedures, including applicant tracking, interviewing, testing, reference, offering and onboarding.
? Conduct Campus recruitment and interhip program.
2. Business Partner:
? Act as HR coultant and contact window internally, provide HR suggestio to business in regards of HR policy and procedures.
? Assist L&D to execute talents’ development and training programs.
? Monitor full performance evaluation management cycle including probation, yearly performance management, and performance improvement.
? Work with C&B to handle labor relation issues.
? Other projects assigned by HR ManageHRD
Required Qualificatio:
? Univeity degree level education as a minimum requirement, with majo in Management or Human resource preferable
? At least 3 yea prior work experience in recruiting or HR BP role with proven successes
? Excellent oral and written communication in both Mandarin and English
? High level interpeonal and analytical skills
? Self-motivated peon who is comfortable in working in a results based position
? Team player, a friendly and professional manner is imperative, as is the ability to prepare and make presentatio effectively
? Computer literacy
Knowledge required:
? Country and local employment-related laws and regulatio related to workforce planning and employment
? Quantitative analyses required to assess past and future staffing effectiveness.
? Recruitment sources for targeting candidates.
? Recruitment strategies.
? Reliability and validity of selection tests/tools/methods.
? Interviewing techniques.
? Relocation practices.
? Impact of total rewards on recruitment and retention.
? Voluntary and involuntary terminatio, dowizing, restructuring, and outplacement strategies and practices.
? Internal workforce assessment techniques and employment policies, practices, and procedures.
? Employer marketing and branding techniques.
? Negotiation skills and techniques.
