职位描述：
1 Technical Tasks:
Master data Administration
-Maintenance of Master data for serial products from 6M after SOP to EOP (part master, tool master, BOM, workplaces, routing, etc.
-MABU Report and HQ related system error report management in an overall view, to receive and check MABU report, coordinate related LGP to maintian new customer project material master data;to maintain material master belong to 6 months after SOP by this positon-self. Then give feedback to HQ and Finance to close the issue of the report.
-ECM related master data maintain in system when belong to 6M after SOP.
-Eure the master data maintainance in the right and standard way, including all LGPs should be trained with the right and standard way by this position, and keep close touch with HQ to eure the right and stand way always being available and applicable for ZWK Dalian.
Value Stream Design
-From a general view, usage of Value Stream Design Method to visualize the existing Material flow- and Information flow on demand; Optimize existing situation finding weak points and potentials using the Value stream method
Documentation
-Define documentation and regulatio for Logistic concepts, Material flow and System maintenance
2 Functional Qualificatio:
-College degree or above
-Knowledge about logistics processes
-Knowledge about project management
-Work experience in automotive industry preferable
-Basic computer knowledge
-Leadehip skills

-量产后6个月到EOP 期间的主数据维护（零件主数据、工具主数据、BOM、工作中心、工艺路线等）
-总体管控MABU 报告和总部提供的系统维护错误报告，负责接收和检查类似报告， 协调LGP 维护新项目的主数据，自行维护量产后6个月的主数据，并反馈给总部和财务等相关部门。
-变更过程中相关的主数据维护，适用于量产后6个月的物料。
-确保主数据维护使用正确和标准化的方法，培训所有LGP 成员正确和标准化的维护方法，并同总部保持密切联系，确保维护方法能够在大连工厂实行，并适用于大连工厂的具体情况。
价值流设计
-从总体上，使用价值流程设计方法进行物料流和信息流的可见性设计；优化已有不足和发掘潜能。
