Respoibilities:

The Project Manager is respoible for and leads the development and execution of project pla that meet customer expectatio for specific customer platforms.

The Project Manager must be an active leader with excellent project management, communication, presentation, and team building skills.

The Project Manager is the single point contact internally and externally for program initiation, status and completion to Littelfuse 5 Phase.

The Project Manager must proactively manage the available resources to achieve the project goals.

The Project Manager helps identify and resolve conflicts and barrie often times in cooperation with the functional manage.

Develop, monitor, control and update the Program Plan, Milestone Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure and Action Item Register to support awarded business in compliance with customer expectatio and internal program tracking systems including the 5 phase system.

Function as Team Leader respoible to staff the cross-functional Littelfuse core team, coordinate and manage the core team’s activities to eure that ALL milestones are met. Resolve supplier in-house engineering and manufacturing concer. This may include elevating program conflicts or issues to Littelfuse management for resolution.

Support the NPD team in the development and maintenance of the Component Design Specification. Support the development of the performance characteristics of the product proposed for the assigned programs. Undetand the effects of the products location and the environment on performance. Be knowledgeable with all specificatio pertaining to the product and participate in Product Design Reviews.

Support DV and PV builds and timely delivery of prototype parts through team meetings to assure that projects are implemented and production ready. Review and submit all test pla for products and obtain customer approval. Follow-up for timely completion of action item issues.

Develop and be accountable for the Program Budget, secure the AFE from Accounting and report on Program Financials per the internal tracking system. Forecast and track capital expenditures.

Represent program team and lead both internal and external program review activities including early supplier design review meetings. (ex. 5 Phase reviews with the relative team).

Qualificatio:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field desired.

MBA preferred

Minimum 5 yea project management experience

Fluent in English and Chinese

Strong communication and organizational skills – ability to work remotely and across cultures/time zones.

Ability to work with minimal direction.

Ability to interface with all levels of Littelfuse, its supplie and customer organization.

Ability to manage conflict and problem resolution.
