? On-site assessment and selection of target trainees and hospitals to eure the selectio result in optimal quantity and quality of trainees and Phaco conveion rates for the Phaco Development Program.

? Oite (Operating Room) and wetlab itruction and coultation of trainees in the entire process of converting from ECCE and SICS to Phaco. This includes working with designated outside-Alcon coultants (coue itructo and on-site procto) to eure effective trainee phaco conveion rates and high quality surgical results

?Demotrate product and procedural excellence to best teach, model and coach trainees as well as internal and external field peonnel how to achieve optimal surgical and patient results with selected Alcon products while coulting in the OR, hospital and wetlab.?

?Support specified Alcon Phaco Development training events, professional congresses, symposiums and special Alcon events

?Complete documentation of; target assessment, pre-coue preparation, surgical observation, post-coue phaco cases (quantity and surgical results). Compliance with all Alcon administrative and reporting procedure. This includes; Data Analysis Report, Trainee Evaluation, Weekly, Monthly and Expee reporting.
