Major Accountabilities
?Eure optimal demand and supply planning process for all products. This includes developing, maintaining and monitoring all demand and supply planning process, in order to achieve efficient S&OP process.
?Accountable for correctness and timeliness submission of 24-month S&OP demand rolling forecast and Replenishment forecast on monthly basis. Compare and identify the gap in unit and dollar between S&OP forecast and Commercial forecast, derive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight risk and opportunity.
?Fully undetand and convey country needs, develop informational decks/reporting to clearly assess pla, including supporting data, analysis, and new developments in supply upsides and cotraints.
?Lead unit and dollar demand forecast (including revenue and samples) review with Regional
?Apply demand control where necessary on large or abnormal market forecast if it does not align with market activities or sales trend, while still striving to meet operational and customer excellence
?Eure stock availability for finished goods and packaging material, as well as the smooth of distributor redressing operation and importing operation, in order to achieve monthly sales target.
?Monitor and eure inventory level of stock-in-trade and owned stock are aligned within target and/or policy, including stock accuracy, stock aging management, and spoiled goods management.
?Lead and support team to resolve demand and supply issues, including identify root cause and work with Regional and commercial to provide both short-term and long-term solution.
?Drive for S&OP process improvement regarding forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and supply chain cost minimization through collaborative working with Commercial, Marketing, Regional S&OP, BPA and other key stakeholde.
?Work with all stake holde to eure all S&OP working process compliance with company standard and policy.
?Partner with the Marketing team to support product launches/ rationalizatio special promotio, including communicatio to regulatory group and other key stakeholde.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 yea exteive experience in a viable S&OP (demandupply/inventory planning) process. Interaction with cross-functional teams and working with all levels of the management team.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
?Fluency in English
?Computer skills in Microsoft applicatio; Strong MS Excel competency is required.
?Able to work independently, be a good team player, and work well under pressure.
?Good interpeonal skills and service minded.
?Knowledge in JDE system and MIS will be an advantage.
